Refunds are offered only for cancellations received 30 days prior to the start of a course. No refunds are provided for participants who cancel less than 30 days prior to the start of the course. A $50 processing fee is deducted from all refunds related to participant cancellations.

In the event that CDS must cancel or reschedule a training course, we will make every effort to notify registrants in a timely fashion, and will make prompt arrangements to fully refund course fees or apply fees to a future course. CDS is not responsible for any costs related to travel, lodging, or any other costs other than course fees.

Participants registering for the Advanced Mediation Training must have either completed the Mediation for the Professional course, or obtained permission from CDS. If you are unsure whether you meet these requirements, please check with CDS before registering.
